Tonight guitarist Branco Stoysin’s formidable trio will be performing material from their acclaimed album Quiet Stream Breaks The Rocks. An ear-pleasing masterpiece, it contains new originals and jazz arrangements of beautiful old Yugoslav folk music as well as Stoysin originals from his first four album releases. There’s a real musical intelligence running through this sun-drenched music, making it an unalloyed treat throughout. With Leslee Booth on six-string contra bass and Buster Birch on percussion.
