Introduction to Concert Lighting - 'SOLD OUT' Adult/15+ workshop
What makes a band look good on stage? Is it just about pointing a few coloured lights and using flashy effects? What do the audience need to see and what's important for the people on stage. How can you achieve a professional look? Suitable for anyone with an interest in the technical side of performance and how musicians look on stage, whether you’re in a band, a solo performer or you just want more backstage/technical experience. As well as technical principles and practical examples that will be useful whatever your venue might be, you'll also get chance to see how lighting is used in the Stables main theatre and Stage 2, including some practical hands-on experience and chance to put questions about lighting to the stables lighting team.
