Spend a couple of hours discussing all things jazz in this series of weekly gatherings held in Stage 2 at The Stables. Founded by The Stables’ Life President, Sir John Dankworth, these informal sessions are hosted by invited special guests and are a great way for people of all ages to learn more about jazz and share musical experiences.
The opening bat for this season is appropriately ex-Lancashire and MCC wicket-keeper Frank Parr who was also trombonist with the Merseysippi Jazz Band and then with Mick Mulligan's legendary band from 1956 until it disbanded in 1961. One not to miss.
