Founded by The Stables' Life President, Sir John Dankworth, these informal sessions are hosted by invited special guests and are a great way for people of all ages to learn more about jazz and share musical experiences.

The Reverend Stuart Nattrass will tell us how it grew from small beginnings and is now nearing the end of its 13th season. The setting and acoustics in a pretty medieval church, and a dedicated group of helpers, have enabled it to attract world class international and UK performers, including Sir John Dankworth, Dame Cleo Laine and many others. Stuart will illustrate his talk with his selection of recordings by artists who have appeared at Pinner.
