The Ku-Da-Mix Orchestra was formed by award-winning composers and musicians Kuljit Bhamra (Bend It Like Beckham, Bhaji On The Beach, Bombay Dreams) and David White (Les Miserables, Porgy & Bess). Made up of 18 musicians from around the world, the ensemble features a unique mix of instrumentsw including the Paraguayan harp, Indian bansuri, Surian qanun, oboe, tabla, violins, Celtic harp, voices and a plethora of percussion. Kuljit and David have composed and arranged original works that take audiences on a musical journey - you'll be thrilled, intrigued and moved as the musicians create a new and unique aural experience. Also features a curtain-raiser performance from young local workshop participants at 7pm.
