Rackhouse Pilfer
Rackhouse Pilfer are a fiery and exciting band who have been getting rave reviews with their roots-y blend of IrishAmericana.

They have been enthralling crowds throughout Ireland, Europe and Nashville and were special guests of Imelda May at Sligo Live where they were a big hit with the audience, so much so that Imelda May invited them to join her for other dates.

The band jetted off to Nashville, Tennessee to record their album Love and Havoc at Alex the Great studios with producer Brad Jones. Brad has worked with a long list of Pop, Rock and Alternative Country artists including Steve Earl, John Prine, John Hiatt, Josh Rouse and Bobby Bare Jr.

In 2014 Rackhouse Pilfer were awarded ‘Live Band of the Year’ by Hot Press & Jaegermeister. They recorded in Nashville, undertook their first headline tour of Ireland and performed loads of great Festival shows. In 2015 they concentrated on enhancing their reputation in Ireland while working on their upcoming album. Alongside this the band were invited by producer Ethan Johns (Paul McCartney, Kings of Leon, Ryan Adams, Kaiser Chiefs etc.) to be the session band on two songs on Sir Tom Jones latest album Long Lost Suitcase (2015).
