Steve Gifford returns to the Stables at the end of a 6 month tour with, his third album Boy On A Beach. A confident stage performer, Steve combines a unique raw driven edgy guitar with soulful ballads and intimate lyrics. His touring band appear as special guests and together they introduce some new songs off of a forthcoming studio album,interestingly contrasting the songs from Boy On A Beach (Album of the week CMR Nashville radio September 2007).

Steve has experienced a meteoric rise in popularity since releasing his 2002 debut album Cut & Run and is widely recognized as one of the UK's current prolific song writers. Since then his song-writing has continued to mature, as well as his accomplished stage performance, combining a unique raw driven edgy guitar with soulful ballads and intimate lyrics. In September this year Steve appears on the same bill as Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel at Weyfest. If you missed him last year try to be there for this one!
